How to Recover a Lost PST Password ?

Microsoft Outlook allows you to store emails in PSTs. Mostly all Outlook versions are password protected which dont allow you to access the desired pst file unless you type the right password for it. Outlook users can sometimes lost or forget this password. In order to recover back Lost PST Password, users can use a third party PST Password Recovery software.

(1) By stripping off the old PST Password.

(2) By setting a new PST Password for the Outlook PST file. Here are some methods for setting a new password:

(2.1) Using a freeware called pst19upg.exe that can remove the existing PST file password. This tool is actually upgrades the PST file, rather than stripping off the password. Not in all, but in many cases, running pst19upg.exe can fail to remove the password from a PST file.

(2.2) Using a third-party PST Password Recovery Tool to Recover PST Password. These softwares can recover Lost PST Password, while maintaining the original data of pst file intact.
